PPE Hardhats – We’ve already distributed to over 900 members in January 2024, meeting OSHA’s latest safety standards.
Additional PPE – Ongoing support with updated vests, gloves, and more.
Career Longevity – Discounts on knee pads, back braces, and partnerships with fitness centers, stretch labs, and yoga studios to help members stay active and healthy.
Yearly Safety Awards – Recognizing Union shops and employees for going above and beyond in workplace safety.
Digital & Social Media – Monthly posts on safety and career longevity, keeping content fun and engaging.

We're actively exploring strategies to expand the union-based floor covering market in Southern California.
